How is the consultation conducted?
Consultations are held virtually through a secure video platform. You'll receive a link to join your session after booking. To allow time for a smooth initial setup of your connection, please join your session 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.
What should I prepare before the consultation?
Please complete the consultation card sent by our team and submit prior to your appointment to maximize the time with your therapist. Have your current skincare products ready to show your therapist and come prepared to discuss your skin concerns and goals. A clean, makeup-free face is helpful but not required.
