I haven't had a bad reaction with my skin (which normally isn't happy when I switch products). My skin actually feels clean after. I can tell it is a little more oil clearing or drying as some of the other cleansers so it may be a great product for acne. Currently loving it but it definitly needs a good serum and moisturizer routine to follow up with. At the same time, I have drier skin and while I could tell I needed moisturizer, it doesn't leave me flaky from going overboard. Great product and would definitly buy again. The size alone feels like such a great value and you have to use so little."

"I love the way this feels on my face. It has a perfectly smooth texture that is moisturizing and gentle. I sigh a breath of relief when using it and will often end up massaging into my face at least a whole minute because it’s so soothing. It has a slight cooling effect and a sweet natural smell (not a fragrance). I follow it up with their skin smoothing cream and I’ve had such a nice glow that people comment on it. I do believe it enhances the moisture. I’ve been using it about a month. At first I had some skin purging but now I’ve been mostly acne free for a couple weeks. I always had at least a couple blemishes before. My side of face redness has also gone down. My fine lines are significantly less visible. I also do a mix of it with the daily microfoliant every other day or so. Process as instructed by CS: I get that foamy in my hands with water then combine with this cleanser. I always use a little water with just the cleanser as well. It helps it smooth and slightly foam. A little also goes a long way. I use about a pea sized per wash and that’s plenty to cover my face and neck so it’s gonna last quite a long time. Once a week or so I’m using a free sample I got of special cleansing gel as just a refresh for any potential buildup since this has such a moisturizing effect. My one complaint is that the pump is a little finicky/flimsy and sorta bends forward rather than firmly moving down (see photos) but I’m able to make it work. I like that I’m able to easily control the amount that comes out, too. One star off for that but it’s otherwise wonderful."
